Indian River Fitness provides personalized exercise and wellness programs with a fully equipped fitness center, private aerobic studio, separate free weight room, wellness center and free monthly wellness seminars.

Indian River Fitness offers over 40 fitness classes per week in private Aerobic Studio.

Classes include Kick Boxing, Zumba®, PIYO, Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers Classic®, Silver Sneakers Cardio®, Balance Plus, Body Blast, Boot Camp, and Line Dancing. Classes are free with all memberships.

GYM has a full line of cardio and Life Fitness and Cybex weight training equipment plus free weights. With over 100 pieces of exercise equipment including a separate free weight training area and Life Fitness Dual Functional Trainer. There is something for everyone.

Indian River Fitness opened June of 2013. January 2015 we added 3,000 sq ft at 8000 Ron Beatty Blvd, Suite A1. Jan of 2017 we relocated the aerobic studio to 8000 Ron Beatty Suite B1. Aerobic Studio is over 1,500 sq ft. June 1, 2017 we moved gym to 8000 Ron Beatty. We added a 1,500 sq feet separate free weight area at 8000 Ron Beatty. March of 2018 Indian River Fitness finished its final phase with a relaxing and restorative Wellness Center for massage, nutrition, stress management, pain management and more.

We now have over 6,800 sq ft Gym, Wellness Center and Aerobic Studio.

Owned and operated by Lynne Fraser, BS Exercise Physiology, ACE PT, and more. With 49 years in the wellness and fitness industry Lynne Fraser is dedicated to providing the best neighborhood gym in town.

Lynne and the wellness team all possess nationally recognized certifications and extensive training in all levels of fitness.
